Dr. Coleman received his medical degree from the Medical University of South Carolina and interned at the University of Texas, Medical Branch. Following military service as chief of surgery at a U.S. Army hospital in Arizona, he established a general surgery practice in Marion, S.C., from which he retired. Dr. Coleman currently serves as chairman of the Physician's Assistance and Advocacy Committee. |

Ms. Cobbs-Rich has a master's degree in rehabilitation counseling and specializes in addictions counseling. She has seven years of experience with inpatient addictions treatment, outpatient treatment and working with dually diagnosed clients in a mental health setting. |

counseling for 24 years in a number of treatment modalities. He has worked in
inpatient and outpatient levels of care, managed units and a halfway house. He
also has experience with employee assistance programs. |
