Hugh V. Coleman, M.D. Medical Director hcoleman@lradac.org

Dr. Coleman received his medical degree from the Medical University of South Carolina and interned at the University of Texas, Medical Branch. Following military service as chief of surgery at a U.S. Army hospital in Arizona, he established a general surgery practice in Marion, S.C., from which he retired. Dr. Coleman currently serves as chairman of the Physician's Assistance and Advocacy Committee.

Frank Sheheen Program Director fsheheen@lradac.org

Frank Sheheen is a Certified Addictions Counselor II with a Master of Science Degree in Counseling. He has 17 years experience in treating Addictive Disorder. He is immediate Past-President of the South Carolina Association of Alcoholism and Drug Abuse Counselors.

Paulette Bentley Senior Recovery Specialist pbentley@lradac.org

Ms. Bentley has been a registered nurse for 34 years and has 20 years of experience with medical detoxification, mental health treatment and 12-Step programs. She has worked extensively with addicted and dually diagnosed clients and is a Certified Addiction Registered Nurse.

Latecia Cobbs-Rich Recovery Specialist lrich@lradac.org

Ms. Cobbs-Rich has a master's degree in rehabilitation counseling and specializes in addictions counseling. She has seven years of experience with inpatient addictions treatment, outpatient treatment and working with dually diagnosed clients in a mental health setting.

Larry Griffin Senior Recovery Specialist lgriffin@lradac.org

Mr. Griffin is a Certified Addictions Counselor and has specialized in addictions counseling for 24 years in a number of treatment modalities. He has worked in inpatient and outpatient levels of care, managed units and a halfway house. He also has experience with employee assistance programs.

Tia Cooper Recovery Specialist tcooper@lradac.org

Ms. Cooper is a Certified Addictions Counselor  with a Masters Degree in Counseling. She has five years of experience with outpatient treatment and dual diagnosed clients in a jail/mental health setting.

Bruce Fisk Certified Rehabilitation Counselor Certified Addictions Counselor in Process bfisk@lradac.org

Mr. Fisk is a CRCC Certified Rehabilitation Counselor with a Masters Degree from the University of South Carolina School of Medicine.

Julie Surles Recovery Specialist jsurles@lradac.org

Ms.Surles is Licensed Master Social Worker with a Master of Social Work from the University of South Carolina. She is currently fulfilling the requirements to become a Certified Addictions Counselor. She has four years of experience in inpatient, outpatient and community-based settings.

Ms. Jeffcoat earned a bachelor's degree in Psychology from Francis Marion University. She is currently fulfilling requirements for a RN degree from Midlands Technical College.
