Frank Sheheen is a Certified Addictions Counselor II with a Master of Science Degree in Counseling. He has 21 years experience in treating Addictive Disorder. He is the former President of the South Carolina Association of Alcoholism and Drug Abuse Counselors.

Dr. Graham is a graduate of Wake Forest University and the School of Medicine. He hasmany years of experience in addiction medicine beginning circa 1980.He has been involvedin Medical Director roles in outpatient and inpatient facilities, including Addiction-Psychiatric hospitals, treatment centers and general hospitals. Dr. Graham was certified by The American Society of Addiction Medicine in the first class of physicians in 1986 and is Board certified by The American Board of Addiction Medicine. Along with his role as Medical Director of the SCRPP he is the Medical Director of Coastal Recovery Center in Myrtle Beach, S.C., a not for profit intensive outpatient facility.

Julie Cole holds a Master of Social Work from the University of South Carolina.Julie is licensed by the South Carolina Board of Social Work Examiners as a Licensed Master Social Worker, and is a Certified Addictions Counselor with the South Carolina Association of Alcohol and Drug Abuse Counselors.  Julie has worked in a variety of settings, including inpatient, outpatient, and community-based settings, and is passionate about advocacy efforts in the areas of addiction, decriminalization of addictive behavior, suicide prevention, and sexual trauma.

Chris joined RPP in 2007 as a Recovery Specialist for the Upstate Region of South Carolina. He was trained as a social worker at USC - Columbia, holds an LISW-CP license and is a Certified Addictions Counselor. He has worked in both inpatient and outpatient behavioral health settings.

Ms. Bentley has been a registered nurse for 34 years and has 20 years of experience with medical detoxification, mental health treatment and 12-Step programs. She has worked extensively with addicted and dually diagnosed clients and is a Certified Addiction Registered Nurse.

Ms. Cobbs has a master's degree in rehabilitation counseling and specializes in addictions counseling. She has fourteen years of experience with inpatient addictions treatment, outpatient treatment and working with dually diagnosed clients in a mental health setting.

Ms. Cooper is a Certified Addictions Counselor  with a Masters of Art Degree in Counseling. She has been in the Addictions Counseling field since 2000 to include: adult outpatient treatment, dual diagnosed adults in a jail and mental health setting. She served as a SCAADAC Board of Directors member for eight years.

Maureece Jones joined RPP in December 2008.  Maureece has worked in the field of human services since January 1998.  He has a MA in counseling and is Certified Addictions Counselor through SCAADAC.

Mr. Wilson is counsel for the RPP.  He has over thirty years experience with the S.C. Attorney General's Office and the S.C. Department of Labor, Licensing and Regulation.  As legal advisor for LLR's professional licensing boards, he was instrumental in establishing and developing the RPP to help ensure licensees' safety to practice while in recovery

Mark Brannon is the data manager for RPP.  He has 38 years experience in the alcohol and other drug abuse field, mostly working with the prevention program at South Carolina Department of Alcohol and Other Drug Abuse Services.  He is a Certified Senior Prevention Professional.

  Jennifer Kogut holds a Bachelorís degree in Psychology from Coastal Carolina University and is currently pursuing her Masterís degree in Clinical Counseling through Capella University. Jennifer has experience working in an inpatient behavioral health facility focusing primarily on mental health and addictions. She joined RPP in July of 2012.

  Ms. Goodwin is a certified addiction counselor II with a masterís degree in rehabilitation counseling. She has 17 years of addictions counseling experience. She has worked in inpatient, outpatient, and criminal justice settings. She was the clinical coordinator for outpatient services for four years. She is passionate about working with women with addiction and trauma issues.
